Horrible. No signal in rooms, no wifi, stinking rooms. Stay away. Better to take any hostel. Doesn’t even have basic lift. Dungeon like feeling. So suffocating

Hotel palm greens is conveniently located and a very safe place for solo women travellers. Food is awesome. The hospitality by the hotel staff is excellent. Ambika at the reception is extremely efficient, polite and helpful.

Strictly average for the price. The curtains were dirty and stained. The room had a kettle but no other amenities. The room didn't seem clean. Barely got lukewarm water for a shower. For a hotel that charged me 4k/night (including taxes, it was just not worth the money. In fact, i was told i was being upgraded to a semi-deluxe room. When i asked in the morning what was actually a standard room that i had originally booked, i was told it's just a small room with no windows.

Overall stay is good. Room is quite old type not such a luxurious one as seen in the photos. Room is also very small. Bathroom is old type.
