1. Ac switched off at reception in hot weather 2. Cold heart-ed welcome 3. Rooms not maintained 4. Choked up basin
5. Ac not working, had to change room
6. Charging points not working 7. No adequate tea coffee supply in room pantry
8. Staff did help me later, but only after some heatup. The property is like a mercedes car from outside but maintained like maruti 800 from inside.

Co operative staff, allows for early check in and late check out if available for no extra charge. Nice small rooms. And locality too. Metro is 500 m away.

Hi, my recent stay with emblem hotel was okay for 2 nights. Location is good, breakfast buffet was also good, little bit hygiene issues there, like food plates/spoons to be proper clean. The room was not the same as shown during the booking, but it was small and clean, the door lock card was not working, in 2 days only once my card works rest of the time the guy at the reception comes to open my room.

Location is decent. Rooms not comfortable. Drain problem observed and informed to hotel representative but they were ignorant. Room service not at all good.
