If there hadn't been any racist comments, I would have given it the highest rating.
Good points
It's part of the Best Western chain, so it was basically well-equipped, and the hotel staff was well-trained, so I had a comfortable stay.
The breakfast included in the stay was good. Furthermore, since I was taking an early morning train to Agra, I asked for a box breakfast instead of breakfast, and they kindly prepared it for me.
Bad points
Some of the front staff made racist comments and had a bad attitude. If it hadn't been for this, I would have given it the highest rating, so I was very disappointed.
Finally, I think the quality of the accommodation depends on the owner. I used to stay at "ERMOU ART LOFT" in Athens, "Downtown Tirana Apartments" in Tirana, and "Yolo House" in Seoul (Unseo Station), but I was put off by the carelessness of the owners. On the other hand, I was impressed by the consideration and sincerity of the owners at "Center LEKS apartment" in Skopje. In addition, although the facility itself is old, it is well-cleaned and the towels and sheets are relatively new and comfortable to use, including the "King Tiras Hotel" in Santorini, "Hotel Fjorr" in Kosovo, "Hanting Hotel Xiamen Zhongshan Road Ferry" in Xiamen, "Hotel La Sera" in Istanbul, "Hallmark Regency Hotel Johor Bahru" in Johor Bahru, "Airline Inn Kaohsiung Station" in Kaohsiung, "Hotel Sagarnaga" in La Paz, and "Hotel G Yangon" in Myanmar. ALERT: FOOD POISONING. Vomiting all night having ordered room service & received contaminated food. Symptoms of food poisoning 100%. And worst is staff saying the food is fine yet giving me medicine for anti-nausea seeing me vomit. I cant imagine how filthy the kitchen is or un-hygienic the staff are for this to happen. Be warned. I would never come back here again. Not recommended and ruined my holiday. Disgusting behaviour from Mr Harish - front of desk manager

Nice hotel. Clean room, quite a bit of space. Pretty comfortable bed. Internet generally good, but can be spotty. Not really near anything interesting. No bar in the hotel, nor other amenities like pool or gym. TV nice if you have a streaming service. Rooms on the highway side can be distracting due to that noise, but it's not terrible.They need to change the soundtrack. The same terrible elevator music song was on a loop most of the time. Overall, a good stay.

I have been working in hotel industry for the past 2 decades and this hotel has gone over my expectations in all fields. The rooms are spectacular, the house keeping has done a great job and the housekeeping stars are superb The breakfast is the another part which has peaked my attention. The young staff at the reception, especially Tanu, was great. She always had a charming smile and was ready to help. All the restaurant staff were great. Last but not least, the magician behind the craftsmanship is Head chef William Lee. He has done an amazing job with both the restaurant but also the menu. A super selection of buffet breakfast. If we come to Delhi again, for sure we will stay in Maharani Bagh. All the best

A reasonably good stay
It’s a great property, conveniently located in terms of access to transportation. However, the proximity to the flyover and lack of soundproof windows meant a constant sound of traffic through the day and night. Light sleepers like me will take a while to fall asleep. Overall, a nice clean hotel since it’s new and they have a good staff.
Note: restaurant has a fairly limited menu and they’ve yet to get their alcohol license.

Awesome stay at Beat western! Beyond my expectations with helpful staffs and delicious room service meals if you want to stay in. Room is clean and well maintained. Breakfast is awesome with different variety. Happy to give anyone a recommendation!
