Room was fine for a 2 person stay, still it felt suffocated and packed up. When we got the room, bedsheets etc were not clean, we had to request them to change everything from blanket covers to pillow cover because everything had somekind of stain on them. Amenities were not there only, no soaps shampoos in the bathroom. They offer rooms with breakfast, but don't have a proper restaurant area to setup a buffet or even a very large menu options with a prebooked breakfast plan. I'll recommend not to opt for room with breakfast it's of no benefit. We stayed there for 3 days, during that span, no room service or any other person offered or came to cleanup our room in the morning. They could have atleast sent a guy with broom only to cleanup the room π
Overall I would not recommend this hotel. And if you're looking for a good hotel in that area, I would suggest to opt for ITC HOTELS OR RADDISON etc if there's any room in your budget. They did not even clean the balcony before giving us the room.

Giving 1 star as no option to love formward without star.Wrost hotel with wrost customer service. Staff is so unprofessional. We booked a hotel for 5 nights and they advised us price is Rs5460 total and we paid Rs1000 at the time of booking and asked them remaining balance of Rs4460 we can pay while check in. Today when we arrived for checkin it was me myself and my my mother in law with me. As we arrived we asked for check in they asked us to pay the balance which I paid straightaway and asked the guy that our balance is nil now and he told me this Rs5460 is just for one night after arguing they said Ruchi Madam spoke to you she might didn't explained you clearly. And after travelling for 7 hours from ludhiana they didn't accepted their own bill given to us and we had to move to different property now.

If you are taking a flight from terminal 1 this hotel is perfect.5 minutes walk to the terminal. But if you want to take a flight from terminal 2 or 3, hotels in Aero City may be more convenient. To terminal 2 or 3 hotel taxi can take you with 580 rupees. Hotel taxi driver can pick you up at terminal 2 or 3. But you have to be careful where you meet the driver. I had difficulty in communicating with the driver. With the help of local people, finally I could spot the driver. Hotel is comfortable. My suite room had a balcony facing terminal 1. Room is spacious enough. WiFi not connecting well . Shower water was lukewarm . Food menu is limited ( no non vegetarian)and rather overpriced. Service is good. Warm and helpful staff.

Chef Bharat created a delectable dish specially for us. Our server Jatin went beyond the call of duty to look out for our comfort and made us feel very welcomed. Also, thanks to Vinod from the buffet section for helping us choose our food. It is very nice to experience such hospitality. JJINGQIANGThe original Anzhen Delhi, after changing the self-operated brand, the price is close to the people. Kerry Hill's classic work, the light and shadow effect of the corridor is very good, you can see the design inspiration of Tokyo Anzhen here. Fully equipped, very close to Humayunβs Tomb. For breakfast, let people forget to be in India.

ZZHIMINGHotel location is OK, not far from Delhi Gate, about 10-15 minutes walk, the hotel also has a restaurant, which is more expensive than the outside. There is a Khan market nearby, there are a lot of meals in it, you can have a number in Delhi, you can walk without any trouble.

GGuest UserOne night was the most I could ***age. The main reception area was very busy with hardly any seating and a lot of tours coming through. All fine but this is no 5 star hotel, which is what it calls itself online. The rooms were so dated and unkept (maybe the pandemic slump hit them hard). The wooden furniture (bed, side tables and desk) were faded and peeling. The ceiling had open holes to what we could see a lot of wiring from the AC unit. It had a weird smell. The bath tub and shower had a serious drainage problem, didn't feel clean at all. The one thing that was good, was the bedding and towels seemed clean, so I did stay one night as Delhi had a city wide event and was hard to move hotel. Location is great so spent most of my time out for work and in cafes and restaurants nearby. ++The hotel felt safe and the staff were extremely helpful - especially the house keeping team. Breakfast was average

GGuest UserLocation is quite good but the hotel is a bit dated. The safe was not working, but to their credit, they replaced one the next day. Cleanliness is just OK, but can be improved. The room is generally OK, but the drawers were not cleaned properly.
