Stayed in Room 301. To keep things short, sweet and to the point, My stay went well with a few issues. The Good Good Location Safe Renovated Room Clean Bathroom No Bugs! Good Wi-Fi AC Unit Worked Well with No Strange Noises Great Service! The Bad The Bed Wasn't Comfortable The Comforter Had a Noticeable Stain on it. (I let the Front Desk know and Housekeeping was sent up to take a look. (The housekeeper apologized and replaced the comforter with a fresh one.) Microwave had Crumbs In It. (I cleaned them up as it didn't bother me too much to be honest)

We travel to Delaware multiple times a year to visit family. The Bayxxxx used to be our go to until we had a terrible customer service experience with them. Had not been back to Quality Inn for 10+ years. It was a very pleasant surprise to not only have friendly customer service both at check in/out but to have an updated hotel and renovated room. Very happy with our experience.

I am a very frequent stayer at Choice Hotels. 2 stays away from Diamond status. The one thing that I demand from a hotel is that if I am told something, I will be able to believe it. I had made a reservation for 1 night and decided that I wanted to stay over another night. I went to the front desk and asked if I could get the same rate as last night. The very nice lady at the front desk told me I could and that I should check when I checked out to make sure I had received the same rate and if not, they would be glad to adjust it. At check out a less than nice lady told me that the rate for the second night was $15 more and that they could not adjust the price. I told them what the lady the day before had told me and she said that didn't make any difference that was the company policy. I'm a senior and am traveling the US and have stayed 38 nights at Choice hotels and was planning on using them exclusively for my pilgrimage. However, if that is the way I'm going to be treated, then I am definitely changing my hotel preference. Do not stay at this hotel and if you do, do not believe anything they tell you.
