Hotel was not that hygiene. Price was little high as compare to location. Bathroom was not clean after requesting several time they didn't clean it, no ventilation or a window in the room, very low dim light provided. Food was quite expensive.

Hotel is situated in good location near aims on main road. Car parking is in front of hotel at near to main road, but staff take care of that. Food is good. Staff is good, but we had to ask for another towel, as provided only single towel single soap for stay of two person. Washroom was a good spacious. Morning breakfast was very fine in buffet style. Above all, the cost of stay was too much still with these facilities.

General condition of room, its maintenance and quality of food was bad. The snack basket (containing chargeable items) had expired items like chips packet best before date had expired on 18. 04. 2022 yet it was kept in basket on 26th April. Electric kettle had broken lid. Ants were moving on tea table. Almirah hinges were broken. Room service food was served on a centre table which was very dirty. Cloth lining of table was very dirty with permanent dirty spots. Overall experience was bad. Not worth the money spent.

Apart from location, nothing was good. There was no hygiene and the room and bathroom were very stinky we were not able to enter the room without air freshener. Dining area was also not clean. Costing like a four star hotel the services are same as one star hotels. Hotel management doesn't bother about your problem at all. Worst experience i had ever.

It was fantastic, a beautiful hotel at prime location. It’s a nice neat and clean hotel the hotel amenities are very good.
