I have become a fan of this resort. The hospitality of Arun ji and Sandhya ji heartwarming. Mouthwatering home like food and very cozy property. Away from city buzz yet within the city. Best place for a weekend getaway and long stays. Bird-watchers paradise.

The place is very nice, very peaceful. Must visit with family. The staff here is really helpful. Food is also amazing, they cook according to your preference and it’s really fresh. The rooms have an amazing view. You’ll be able to see many species of birds. The owner has a very nice collection of books in their library.

thank you for sharing a peaceful time. all staffs are polite and kind. we stayed two nights and had a dinner. indian foods were organic and delicious. if you wanna enjoy the real nature and the taste of Dehradun, you should stay Shaheen Bagh. birds wake you up every morning! you also can enjoy trekking and riverside walk. room with balcony that i recommend. thank you always and all ways. ryoko

Shaheen Bagh is tucked away in a nook on the foot hills of Mussoorie, hidden from the bustle of the city, surrounded by lush green forests. The staff is always happy to assist with anything at anytime. The hosts Mrs. Sandhya and Mr. Arun make you feel like personal guests. We were upgraded to the villa, which was build by them as their home and it felt like our for the time we were there.

A peaceful palace to relax with nature, lovely atmosphere and friendly staff. Ideal for people want to just relax with the beauty of nature. You can also access river from here and have fun

Shaheen Bagh is perfectly located a short distance away from the main town by a river. The resort is very tastefully furnished with comfortable four poster beds, paintings of local birds and photographs of the hills by the owner. The gardens are luscious with bird life and trees and are reminiscent of Dehradun as it must have been before urbanisation took over. We reached here after a five day trek and the staff and owners went out of their way to make our short stay welcoming and relaxed. The food was plentiful and delicious, just what we needed after our hill trek. Would highly recommend this as a base in Dehradun if you are looking to pause and unwind.

Everything can'nt explain by words but In one line we can say it was an heaven. The staff at this hotel were incredibly welcoming and helpful throughout our stay. The rooms were immaculate and very comfortable. We also enjoyed the delicious breakfast , dinner , lunch and loved the convenient location close to major attractions . Lovely place to visit and stay we wish to go there atleast once a year.
