"The location couldn't be better! It's directly opposite the Derge Printing Press, offering incredible views of the sunrise and sunset over the building. From here, you can also witness pilgrims performing prostrations in the morning light and observe people spinning prayer wheels as night falls. The street leading into the main town area is quite a steep incline, flanked by a variety of exquisite Buddhist artifact shops. All the town's dining options and cafes are within easy walking distance. There's even a nearby Nepali restaurant that serves exceptionally good hand-eaten rice dishes. The hotel's breakfast was quite basic, but it came with lovely views. We chose instead to venture out and try some local specialties. Parking is available in an underground garage, though spaces can occasionally be tight. Fortunately, the front desk staff are usually very helpful in finding a solution. Derge is a truly delightful and surprising small town, remarkably peaceful and steeped in devotion."

"The room was okay, but the power went out as soon as we checked in, so we had to carry our luggage up the stairs, which was quite a hassle. After checking out, we contacted the hotel, but they wouldn't acknowledge it… What are these businesses thinking? There was clearly a power outage! Note that this annex building doesn't have a direct elevator access."

"This is the only hotel within a 100km radius that offers diffused oxygen therapy. After suffering from altitude sickness on the way from Sertar, I had a great night's sleep and felt completely refreshed. The front desk staff were incredibly enthusiastic and helpful. Highly recommend staying here."

"The hotel is very clean and stylishly decorated. The scripture printing house is right next door, and there's parking available. The service is also great. You can order authentic and incredibly delicious hotpot on the fourth floor. The breakfast was also excellent, and they even specially fried eggs for us, which were delicious!"

"This is a really clean hotel in Zochin. It is better than the one on the first day. The weather was also very good that day. The owner explained the local culture and history. The hotel decoration style is also very unique."

"Very very comfortable stay. Lovely bed and the nicest shower facilities i’ve had in a long time. Also had a nice view from the window. The staff here are excellent and helped me organise a day trip and onward travel. The boss is very friendly. I love this hotel ☺️"

"The inn is ******* style, and the owner and the children are all ******* compatriots. The family is very welcoming, and the yard is clean and tidy. There is a green space in the yard full of flowers. The entire inn is made of wood and the rooms are clean and hygienic. Dinner was eaten at the inn, and the portions were generous. Worth recommending to everyone. Live with peace of mind."
