房東很給力，衞生也很好，最主要的是地理位置很好，視野也非常奈斯。

房間看得出來應該是裝修不太久的，表面看似乾淨，但實際衞生打掃不到位，鞋櫃應該沒有打理，裏面還有非常臭的鞋子，一打開鞋櫃，臭到嘔吐，讓來打掃，還讓自己扔掉，實在沒法，自己裝在袋子裏！床單被套應該也沒有更換，被子有臭味，睡在上面第二天每個人的皮膚都癢，最無語的是空調，外機在房間裏面，開得冷空調，根本沒法制冷！很少評論，但感受太差，畢竟相對這個價格也不實惠！

老闆很友善，房間性價比高。位置好找，停車方便還免費。樓下就是美食街，既熱鬧又方便。缺點是房屋是挑高的兩層，卧室在二樓，不太透氣。熱水器不太給力，熱水來得慢，第二天起床洗漱沒有熱水。

去大理的途中在德昌住了一晚，該民宿下高速後不到5分鐘就到了，非常方便，樓下有美食一條街，生活也比較方便，值得推薦
