This hotel had many issues throughout our 5 day stay. Most of the staff were impolite and were ready to deny/lie about the issues brought to them. On the first day there was a large water leak outside our room. The whole carpet was wet and this looked like a reoccurring issue as the wall had past water damage. We wanted to change rooms however they said it wasn’t possible. Next issue was the pool from 14:00 on it had a smell of sewage. It was horrible. When we asked the staff what the smell was, they looked at us and said ‘what smell?’ . This was obviously a coverup as everyone was talking about this odor. On the third night of our stay there was a partial power outage for hours. The staff had no answers for us and there were no vouchers or complimentary services to make up for this fact. During meal times there were very long lines for meals and it was as if the staff had never served before. It wasn’t my first time in an all inclusive hotel so I am understanding of waits however this was unbelievable. Sometimes waiting 30 minutes for a dish. Also they claimed they had entertainment however this staff needed to leave to Eilat halfway through our stay. On top of these issues, the hotel was very dirty and in disrepair. I gave it 2 stars because it is so close to the beach. This is the only redeeming quality of this hotel. Do not stay here! You will be disappointed greatly.

exelente servicio de arribo chek in muy agradable el servicio de tahira ,lamentablemente no se puede decir lo mismo de la senorita ANGEL cuando al otro di de mi arribo le pregunte por late check out de pago y me contesto no sin mirar la computadora sin levantarse de su silla ysin dejar de mirar su telefono.ah el hotel por la tarde estaba vacio .como una persona puede tirar abajo todo el trabajo de un equipo ,tendria q mejorar un poco el servicio de limpieza y atencion al huesped en el sector donde sirven pizza con empleado maltratando y hablando de mala manera a los huespedes

El hotel se encuentra en un estado muy deteriorado. Todo el amueblado tanto en las habitaciones como en las áreas comunes se encuentra muy gastado. Lo único bueno que tiene el hotel es su fácil acceso a una playa pública del Mar Muerto. Me he alojado en muchos hoteles en Israel, de 5 y 4 estrellas, sabía de antemano que no es un buen hotel, pero nunca me imaginé lo mal cuidado que está y el pésimo servicio que brindan. Creo que lo peor fueron las comidas, es un “todo incluido” la comida abundante pero el comedor muy ruidoso, la comida parecía del comedor de una estación de tren. (por no decir algo peor, y toda la comida muy mala). La habitación con una terraza con excelente vista al Mar Muerto pero su interior muy gastado. El Wi-Fi muy lento al grado que casi solo servía para enviar mensajes. Durante toda mi estancia de cuatro días, nunca se apareció el Cheff en el comedor, pregunté por el director de Alimentos y Bebidas y solo lo encontré el último día, creo que se llama Serge y no tiene ni la menor idea de lo que es hotelería ni servicio de alimentos y bebidas. A mi salida encontré varios huéspedes que querían quejarse, comentaron que nunca se apareció el gerente del hotel y solo había una chica de atención al público tratando de soportar las quejas de varios huéspedes. Que vergüenza para la hotelería de Israel!

For health reasons we were in the area and were happily surprised to find availability. We so enjoyed the hotel staffs warmth, generosity of spirit, and focus on ensuring our stay was as comfortable and enjoyable as possible, that we are already planning our return. The hotel is spacious, clean with lots of areas to explore, sit and enjoy, , full of surprises and lots for kids and kid-at hearts. This is not a pretentious place but was pleasant, clean, decorated tastefully, It appeared well maintained. Reception was smooth as we came early, put our luggage in their storage room, so we could enjoy the plethora of accommodations. The spa, pools, jacuzzis, sauna, health club, beachfront was amazing. The food was plentiful, fresh, tasty, presented aesthetically in a buffet style. Something for everyone. The coffee was amazing. We saw they were refreshing rooms, and ours was well sized, clean, comfortable - with the fluffiest pillows. ( no mold, or broken tiles etc. ). There lacked a bathtub plug, but an overturned cup did the trick. The shower head shrieked, which we reported but it really didnt bother us. There was plenty of hot water and we felt pampered every minute of our stay. Highly recommend.

So bad its probably sueable. Everything about this hotel screams negledgence, the dining room is filthy full of flies and the food is mediacore at best, the room had cockroaches in it, the air-conditioning makes very audible disturbing pounding noise, all areas are dirty, the restrooms smells and unorganized lines for everything. and finally to sum things up, the service is below standards. We got the room, un attended, two hours past the formal

What merits 5 stars? doesn’t even qualify as a 3, especially after Turkey, the only plus is a good beach. Near the pool there is a sickening stench from the building, there are not enough towels, plates, the minibar is empty, and you have to buy water for $3! The arrogant management doesn’t solve a single issue, they don’t even answer calls from the room. How do you like the renovation of the balcony on the ground floor? They were knocking off tiles for 2 days, they don’t care that it’s impossible to even listen to TV. Cheap lodging and don’t believe the laudatory reviews you paid for, I have a video about the "delights" of vacation. Don't waste money, such 5 stars are worth nothing

Rundown, outdated, check in not polite, service like I imagine would be in a prison, food worst than the any school canteen. There is no place to seat for a coffee, we had to stay waiting for a long time for plates before we eat the cold food. I can’t say how is the bed yet but as far as my experience in the first 6 hrs. Dirt is every where, the pool area is dirty, the water in the pool are dirty, the restaurant is very very dirty, the food is disgusting...my children couldnot eat at this hotel, just keep you self out of this hotel....Customer service experience at the bottom of the priority list
