This hotel had good reviews, which I typically trust. At check-in, the front desk staff was kind and welcoming. However, upon getting to our suite, which we paid over $300 for, it was filthy. Crumbs throughout the pull-out sofa, wrappers in the corners of the room, and when we wiped up some water in the batrhoom, the towels were brown. The carpets were sticky and stained, the furniture tired and outdated. When we called the front desk, no one answered. and I also sent a chat message to the front desk, which was never answered. Only after going through Hilton Customer Service was I offered a discount on our stay. I typically don't like to complain, but I feel the need to share our experience with future customers to give them a heads up about the lack of cleanliess and responsiveness by this hotel.
