Efficient and friendly
Really well located just outside the city centre, this is a well run hotel by friendly and efficient staff. Close to the beach, the hotel has good rooms with good bathrooms. The tram - which runs just in front of the hotel - is not a nuisance - even windows open. Excellent breakfast. Will stay there again and would recommend.

Be aware that there is no air conditioning. It was sweltering hot, and the only option is to open the window. Of course, there are no screens, so the room fills with flies. That is the biggest problem. Room was very small, and shower was like a cruise ship. Breakfast was good, and plentiful, with some dishes new every day. Some staff was friendly, some decidedly not. It seems to be more of an 8.0 property, nowhere near a 9.4.

We have been to this hotel several times- it is perfectly located one street back from the sea front with private parking. The interior is tastefully decorated with contemporary furniture in the communal areas and bedrooms. The breakfast is excellent. The main asset though are the owners Kamoen & Deloffre, who are everywhere and very helpful and friendly. Thoroughly recommended.

Excellent hôtel a tout point de vue.... Patrons très agréables et sympas..... Hôtel très bien entretenu..... Petit déjeuner très copieux..... Et pour répondre a un autre commentaire, si le bruit du tram (très léger) vous dérange, alors il ne faut pas venir a la côte 😉.... A bientôt Luc et votre équipe

Première expérience dans cet hôtel très propre. Notre chambre (n5 ) était spacieuse et la literie confortable. Le buffet petit-déjeuner est varié et composé de produits frais. L'hôtel est proche de la mer et de l arrêt du tram de la côte. Nous reviendrons.

Ce n'est pas la première que nous faisons une étape dans cet hôtel, les chambres sont impeccables. Le service, le personnel et les patrons sont très accueillants. Un 3 étoiles qui en vaut 4 ! Parking privé, l'hôtel est à 2 pas de la mer. Nous y retournerons et vous le conseillons les yeux fermés.
