Fantastic hotel, absolutely a fantastic staff! Came to the hotel for a “get out of winter in the north” trip with family and friends. The rooms are very clean, comfortable. The food in the restaurant was top notch. I’m so glad we picked this hotel compared to so many other hotels that are still suffering from disrepair from the hurricanes. I can’t say enough about how amazing the staff was! Sam, Dillon, Angel, Z, every valet, bartender, waitstaff, front desk staff, housekeeper and manager that we came in contact with was kind, friendly and I would recommend this property anyone looking to stay in Daytona. Thank you to all staff for a great experience at your hotel!

My experience has not been a Marriott one so far. First, I included breakfast in my rate for all the members in the room (3). rate. One of the issues was the experience in the restaurant. First the menu separates de “complementary” vs paid breakfast. My breakfast was not a member complementary, it was included in the rate. The manager of the restaurant, told me they were not Marriott and as a separate company I had to deal with Marriott and she could not do anything. The personal expressed there is a management dispute between the hotel and the restaurant leadership. This is impacting guests. I understand you are just beginning operations, but the quality so far is not a real Marriott experience. I hope other Marriott members do not have the bad experience I had, and you can correct the situation.

This hotel still trying to figurate out his operation. However the worst thing is the leadership aptitude specially with Marriott elite members. There are many surprises when you arrive: 1/not self-parking and only option is $40 per day valet parking (the drivers due a good job). 2/$30 destination/resort fee per day. They also add $3.75 in taxes over the fee ?? 3/the breakfast that is included in the rate, is restricted by the restaurant owners (who are very vocal saying they are not part of Marriott), it is like a second class “guest” breakfast, so If you want the complete portions of eggs or fruit you need to pay more directly to the restaurant. I wont be staying here in the near future, specially with current management.

I had a wonderful experience at this hotel. The customer service was exceptional, with a welcoming and helpful staff. The view from my room was truly breathtaking. Additionally, the amenities provided matched the descriptions presented on their website. I look forward to returning for another stay in the future.

Amazing location , outstanding restaurant. The only seafood oceanfront restaurant within 18miles. Staff is great and make you feel like royalty. Very courteous and friendly. Heated pool and an awesome vibe makes you come back. A must stop if you are in Daytona beach. Sunrise is spectacular .

Beautiful new hotel on the beach. Service from the entire staff was excellent. Extended our stay because of the amazing hospitality. Breakfast by the pool was delicious with smiles from server Cote she made our morning even more delightful

The hotel is beautiful! What a fantastic renovation! The rooms are very well done and the pool area is inviting. The only issue that I have is there are no TVs at the bars. C’mon guys - this is Daytona! We need to be able to watch NASCAR, football and other sports while enjoying the beautiful beaches.

Visited this newly-renovated hotel last month and was very impressed with the rooms, pool area and common spaces. Rooms are modern and spacious, spectacular patio for dining and pool bar with a great view. I can't wait to stay here the next time I am in Daytona Beach.

This hotel top notch! From the second I pulled up, valet was extremely welcoming, polite, and patient (took awhile to unload the car) the front desk staff was amazing and extremely accommodating. Lobby, elevators, rooms and view - all 5 stars. Super clean and upscale! I will 100% be coming back - Thank you Amy, Bayron and Zara!
