"The new hotel boasts stylish and modern facilities, featuring smart home control via Baidu's AI assistant (automatic curtain closing, lighting adjustment, TV activation, etc.); the mattresses are perfectly firm, the bedding is clean, dry, and soft, and the pillows are of suitable height with two options available; heated toilet seats; a spacious shower area with separate wet and dry areas; and a large balcony. The lobby is clean and elegantly decorated. The breakfast is plentiful, with freshly cooked noodles being a highlight 👍. Treadmills and washer-dryers are available. Located next to the Qi River, it offers easy access to the riverside promenade and commercial and dining areas. Walking across the river to the old town is very convenient. The hotel staff provided excellent service—patient, attentive, and responsive—making for a very warm and welcoming stay!"

"The suite was terrible. The bathroom layout was inefficient; if someone was showering, the bathroom was unusable. The front desk only gave us four meal vouchers, and breakfast was closed at 8:30 AM. The reason given was that they had a wedding banquet at noon, so breakfast had to end early to avoid staff shortages – a clear case of inconvenience for guests. The area from the hotel lobby to the elevators was flooded, and our child twisted their ankle. Furthermore, even several hours after check-out, they called back insisting they hadn't returned a room key. I demanded they check the security footage themselves. And the Dead Sea was awful – a tiny, barely passable water park. The indoor wave pool's sound system was deafening. When we complained to staff, they said it would be over in a few minutes. A disappointing Dead Sea, a disappointing Daying County. Also, I'm from Chongqing; tickets were 49 RMB each on the platform, but the hotel sold them for 50 RMB each. 🤣🤣"
