It was a little late when we arrived that day and it was still raining. The hotel had a shuttle bus to pick us up. The hotel looked different at night and during the day. I had a wonderful experience, even though I had to find an alternative way to get the bus ticket to be here. It was a long day for me, but it was worth every penny. The winter view was absolutely stunning. I think it would be beneficial to offer a discount on the ticket for those staying in the hotel at the middle ground, as we had no choice but to use the ropeway to reach the hotel. It's unfair to pay the same price as those who are not staying. communication is a challenge but all good.
