Never mind, I cleaned the tables and chairs myself. The funniest thing was that when I saw the porridge for breakfast and tried to get a bowl, there was sand in the bowl underneath. I told the waiter (and they took it away). Hotel cleanliness really needs to be brought up to standard."

The location is excellent, right inside the ancient town, yet the rooms and facilities are surprisingly modern. I was extremely satisfied with both the cleanliness and the service, and the privacy is also fantastic. I particularly recommend the private hot spring rooms. Enjoying some fruit while soaking in the private hot spring and feeling the evening breeze is truly divine. The pictures speak for themselves! I originally planned a one-time visit, but after staying here, I'll definitely come back if friends visit Chengdu again! It's truly worth it."

"The family room was quite spacious, but the layout was a bit odd. One of the bedrooms was right by the entrance hallway and wasn't soundproofed at all. You could hear every little noise from the corridor, which made it hard to sleep well in that room at night. It also seemed like the soundproofing between our room and the adjacent one wasn't great either, as we could hear our neighbors yelling at night – it was really annoying. On the positive side, the front desk service was excellent; they answered all our questions and were very accommodating. Breakfast was decent, and the hotel's location was very convenient."
