The hotel offers pickup and drop off service which superb because we came as family of 10 people with many luggages and a wheelchair thus need to be done in two rounds, thus really appreciate their service and hospitality. They also offer free mineral water bottles just outside the lift area. High recommended and we definitely will stay again when we visit Dayi again."

"The hotel itself is a bit dated, but the actual stay was quite comfortable. The room was very spacious and even had a balcony. The soundproofing was excellent once the door was closed; in fact, I didn't realize it was pouring rain outside until I opened the balcony door the next morning. The bedding was very comfortable, and I slept soundly. The breakfast restaurant was bright and airy. While the variety wasn't extensive, both the Chinese and Western options were refined and tasted good. The coffee and roasted potatoes were highlights. The only minor downside in the room was the small TV, and the air conditioning didn't seem to blow cold air, but thankfully, it wasn't too hot during my stay. The hotel has beautiful landscaping, and the common areas all have a pleasant fragrance. The hotel is conveniently located directly across from the ancient town, making it easy to walk there. The surrounding area is also quite nice for a stroll."

The front desk and room service were excellent, always responding promptly to our requests. However, the dining staff left much to be desired; they seemed indifferent and were constantly chatting at the cashier counter. We had to go out and find them repeatedly for anything we needed. That's why I can't give a 5-star rating for service, as it was let down by the dining department."
