The best and most heartfelt is the customer service although the rooms are old. Some of the employees are very good at what they do, and my husband and I feel the most appreciated as paying guests, Miss Velda is Tenderhearted and oh so KIND Always to me and my Husband, We are truly grateful for her Kindness. She represents Good Customer service. I appreciate any help you can provide.

Great stay , enjoyed everything about my stay. Hotel need a facelift but guest service is great. Near all highways and store. We extended our stay, saved money by cooking from our room. Would recommend to stay , it’s a bang for your your buck..

I enjoyed the stay. Customer service was pleasant and nice. They were very helpful. I would return. The rooms were clean. I got what I paid for. The manager Charlene is very nice and she assisted me with whatever problems o encountered. I would definitely return.

Near a lot of places you can shop. Was very great for my family and I for our short trip. Staff was helpful during our stay , breakfast very simple , muffins and coffee. Very fast and effective if you’re in the mood for grab and go. Will be back later on this year

Very friendly and accommodating staff. My family and I enjoyed are stay , shopping plaza near by was very convenient for us, you really don’t need a rental.Rooms need a little TLC. I will definitely visit again coming from Bahamas…………………..

Checked all the boxes and met expectations. We did have a problem with the room cards and it was remedied immediately. Kitchen is a plus, we usually use vacation rentals but there were none in the area. We'll be back.........................

The room had a terrible smell, there were people hanging out and I just did not feel safe. it was me my granddaughters they were scared. We did not stay in that room an hour before we left to look for other accommodations. I went back to let the person at the front desk know we were leaving, and she said she would refund me one day, I booked for 2 days but did not use the room an hour.
