1. Mala experiencia con la sra de recepción. Mala actitud. Le fui a preguntar que porque no hicieron limpieza y cambio de toallas y me contesta de manera grosera que si yo la había solicitado. Le dije que eso no se solicita. Uno solicita sino quiere. No si quiere. Y me seguía retando. Nunca habia tenido un experiencia tam mala en un hotel residencial. Ya entiendo porque en Panama la atencion es mala. 2. No hay estacionamientos. Solo cuenta con 3-4 en toda la plaza.

Firstly the staff is accommodating and friendly. Like many humid region hotels, they are battling against humidity and the concomitant smells. The AC is out of reach for the elderly and those with balance concerns. Also, the room is relatively small. The hotel is clean, and again, they have excellent staff. It would be ideal for a stop as you descend the Pan-American highway. It is not suitable if you don't have a car available.

They do not have parking or security promoted on their card. Exclusive customer service does not exist. It was very bad on the part of the person who received my family, he even invited me to cancel the reservation. The luxury room promotion photo is not reality. A un par de calles del parque cervantes en una zona transitada y cerca de la terminal de bus que va y viene de Boquete, la habitación es amplia igual que el baño, en general bien, el único detalle es que de la calle al lobby hay unas escaleras y resulta algo complicado subirlas si viajas con mucho equipaje, fuera de eso todo bien.
