A great time. Maria took care of our reservations. A great meat at Ruth’s. And a great selection of slots. The bartender was very good. The parking was very convenient to both the hotel and ******. This is a great part of the world with the Mississippi so close. Thank you Maria!

This is a review for the spa within the resort. My husband and I had a couples massage with massage therapists; Eleia and Stephie. I cannot say enough good things about the massage itself and the amenities. Eleia and Stephie both made sure to ask more than once, is there an area you want us to go back over? Who doesn't want to be asked, before you turn over and before the massage is over, what can I do to make sure you are relaxed? After the massage, we were again encouraged to take a seat and relax, and they would be back to see how we were feeling, and if we had any questions about the massage. My massage therapist pointed out that I had a rough spot on my heels and stated that the foot scrub she had used was placed up front, in case I could benefit from this product. No pressure to buy. The amenities were clean and enjoyed by us both. I have decided I would like an ice room for my dream home. Strongly recommend considering the spa while visiting the resort and asking for Eleia or Stephie.

I hadn't ever been here to pick up free gift cards that they give to players. I had $80.00 coming. Turned out that today 12/30/2023, I was only given 3- $10 cards. They were $10 Hy-Vee gift cards! She had to known how much I had coming and that's quite an amount to be off. Not's that big of a deal, but it's the idea of the thing.

For what you pay for a room you would expect more than bad sheets and a cold shower. The rooms are just simply bare minimum hotel rooms, no room service available, no maid service available. Also the hotel front desk is subpar, a request will never be followed up on. They say they'll 'leave a note' and either don't or the supposed notes get lost every single time. We needed service and never received it or communication with a manager that was promised. The steakhouse is amazing so just go for dinner and skip spending the night.

The Draft Day bar/restaurant was a hot mess. Had to ask 5 different people to put a game on (they were not busy). The hostesses would wipe all the food from the table onto the floor. It never got cleaned up and was smashed all over the floor. Our waitress disappeared for at least a half an hour. Never saw her. The ****** in general was clean and bright. The restaurant was dirty and dark

I love this place. Always so clean and i just love the atmosphere here. Its fun and exciting, there are bands and the staff is great! I go to many casinos/boats in the chicagoland area and this one is so much nicer and well kept that its worth the drive! They have food options and Rob the ****** host is the absolute best. ALways accommodating and just a super professional, nice man. Im telling you, do not hesitate to visit here. ITs such a nice casino/hotel and close to everything.

Got a $500 cash advance charged to my visa then the cashier would not honor the receipt because they don't recognize CANADIAN I.D. said the charges would be reversed within 2 hours that never happened

On two different trips to this ****** we made a reservation for a room with 2 queen beds and when we entered the room there was just one king bed. Called front desk to complain and they said they could not do a thing about it since all rooms were completely booked. Even talked to our hostess when making the second reservation trying to avoid the same problem from happening again, but it still did not make any difference. It happened once again! They always seem to have a dumb excuse for not giving people what they order. We will stay at Bally's or Isle of Capri from now on since they get things correct there.
