Exceptional. The staff is just excellent. The room was just great. Unfortunately, we got a room that has no view of the old city but anyway. Very positive memory about staying in that hotel, could easily recommend it to anyone.

The room was big and very clean. English speaking service is quite limited but in general it was somehow doable to communicate. The breakfast room was unfortunately very crowded and noisy. As result, the breakfast was a bit stressful and the service could not refill the breakfast buffet in time.

We spent two wonderful nights at Yungang Hotel in Datong. First of all, our deepest gratitude to Yang wen yuan - 杨文元. When booking from Europe, we did not realise correctly the time required to get to the caves and to the hanging monastery (a must view when in Datong). We thought that by using public transport we could manage to do both in a short period of time. So wrong! We arrived and Yang wen yuan - 杨文元 reassured us and in less than 30 minutes he was able to help and book for us a private car for the next day. He made our stay unforgettable. Thanks a lot from both of us if you are reading ! Plus, this hotel is wonderful : super new, technological and the staff is super kind (from the ones in the lobby to the ones in the restaurant/cafeteria). Breakfast is amazing. You can have everything, freshly made for you.

Because we arrived earlier, I wanted to check in early. When I came, the boss was cleaning and recommended local food and Attractions. 3. Generally speaking, the facilities are still very good. The decoration is very simple and I like it very much. Because the time is tight, there are no pictures, which are the same as the pictures advertised on Ctrip. 4. There are a lot of people during the May Day holiday, and the late check-out on the last day caused trouble to the landlord and the next tenant. I am very sorry.

This hotel is a guest room for people who come to the water world to play in the water and steam, so it is suitable for this purpose. In the hotel, I saw most of the guests walking around in sauna clothes. However, as a hotel for traveling to Datong, it is lackluster. First, the sanitary conditions in the room were not very good, it was very humid and there were bugs. Second, the sound insulation is not good. Facilities such as steam rooms are open until midnight, and the corridors are very noisy when guests return. Third, there is no place to eat around. You have to drive to Weidu Avenue to find food. Fourth, the room service is not good, no one can be found, and the front desk is not enthusiastic. My room card couldn't open the door (it seemed like the door lock was rusted). I went back and forth to the front desk to negotiate, but other than changing my room card (which didn't work), I couldn't think of a solution. After running for the third time, I got angry and used the wireless phone to call customer service to solve the problem. The breakfast buffet is very simple, mainly porridge, steamed buns, fried dough sticks, eggs, and vegetarian dishes. Judging from the prices in Datong, 20 yuan per person is a bit expensive. If you want to enjoy water, steaming and other facilities, you need to purchase additional tickets, and there are no discounts. I chose this hotel because it was recommended by Ctrip. In addition, since I was outside the city, I wanted to go directly to Xuankong Temple the next day without going through the city. But the living experience was not good, and I regretted it. It would be better to live in the city, as Datong is not that big.

The room is large, not the peak season, basically belongs to the private venue, indoor and outdoor hot springs are very good, it is worth a visit. The restaurant has fewer dishes, but the taste is not bad. The whole hotel is in the resort, the scenery is pleasant, the environment is very beautiful, very large.

I saw that it was reopened in 19 years, and the facilities and environment are very good. Opposite the hotel is Wanda, driving to the ancient city is not far from about 20 minutes, traffic jam is not easy to say. There is some distance to Yungang Grottoes, and it takes 1 hour to not traffic jam. Traveling on a staggered peak is too important, and there is really no luck to join in the fun.

The problem is that the hotel has just been renovated, and if the window is closed, you can still smell a strong decoration. The front office manager of the hotel is very enthusiastic. The little girls at the front desk have a good service attitude. But these can't hide them as a running hotel. Completely unprofessional room service and catering services. Breakfast on the first day is eaten below, and it is OK to eat, which is relatively simple. On the second day, I could send it to the room. The problem was the fixed time. It was half an hour late and it took a long time to urge the front desk to send it. Two people had two eggs, a bowl of pickles, two bowls of porridge, and two bowls of spicy noodles. If this restaurant does not drive, it is basically impossible to live, because there is no dining, no restaurant, and no order. Because I was very tired when I came back, I didn't want to go out after taking a shower. I really couldn't ask them if they had a commissary to buy something to eat. There was no commissary. If you want to go to the commissary, you have to drive a few kilometers away. Takeaway, it is also shown to be 15 kilometers away. It is also wonderful to have such a place in China today. It is estimated that it may be better as their restaurant is put into operation. There will be no more hunger for passengers. The hotel facilities are very new and relatively high-end. But there are also many slots. For example, the hair dryer in my house is bad. For example, his other disposable items are better, that is, the razor is too bad, the blade is rolled after two scrapes, so he is not a disposable razor, the rake can say half-time razor. The room service was hard to say. I couldn't find the housekeeping staff to answer the call. I went out and came back at 5 pm a day. The room was not cleaned and the room supplies were not replaced. Because I was in a hurry to take a bath, I asked them to change the towel as soon as possible. As a result, there was no small square towel in the room, and I gave a bath towel to charge. The most amazing thing is that after leaving the store the next day, I actually called to ask why there are fewer square towels in the room? How does this level of chaos management and service make the guests who live here feel after leaving?
