"I stayed here in January, and this month I came back to Hokkaido for over ten days of skiing, so I stayed here again, since it's the largest open-air bath in Japan. Hot spring privacy: Last time in January I soaked in the hot spring at night, but this time it was in the afternoon. Apparently, the open-air bath is completely visible from the buildings opposite. Is this a problem the hotel is unaware of, or is it simply being ignored? Room cleanliness: There were cobwebs in the corners, the window area was extremely filthy, and there was a used and dried contact lens on the bedside table…"
