"The grounds are beautiful, and the pool and cafe are lovely. Unfortunately the hotel itself has seen better days - the corridor was not clean, and needed to be vacuumed. The room itself was large and the bathroom was fine. The bed was a double even though the name of the room said queen bed. One pillow was fine, the other was awful."

"We stayed in both apartment types of the studio type one bedroom. The main difference other than the size of the room is The studio has only a shower room and the refrigerator has no freezer. There is no washing machine dryer The apartment type had a bathtub, a freezer, a washing machine and a dryer, and a detergent. The laundry was convenient in my room. Convenient location in the center but very quiet There was a supermarket a 1-minute walk away "

"This hotel was mentioned by a local taxi driver as old and needed renovations. This we found to be untrue, our room was modern with fairly new facilities, it was very clean, neat and tidy. A great location and the staff are very helpful."

"Firstly, the staff here were really great and very helpful. The pool was nice but the fitness centre is way below par. Free parking but a bit of a faff to get to. One of the comfiest beds I have ever slept on though!"

"Small but clean room in city area. Only sheets on bed which didn't feel so comfortable and room a little stuffy - air con struggled. Good friendly customer service."

"Best features: we had a ground floor unit. So we had a door out to the garden.  The bathroom was clean and medium size.  Beds perfect. Space-not cramped.  Room additions fine for making your own breakfast microwave and fridge included also a table and chairs outside on concrete great for washing dishes. The hotel is located away from passing traffic. Air con and fan worked well..  Downside:  if you’re staying a while and want to go shopping you have to get to Casuarina shops to get a local bus to city centre.  Otherwise it’s approx 30min drive. Casuarina Is an air-conditioned Westfield type shopping mall. We liked it and would stay again Didn’t get s chance to try the restaurant and pool but the menu look good a pond seemed welcoming."

"The hotel is well located to shopping and restaurants, as well as easy vehicular access. Their downside is the limited undercover parking and the need to book a space. Otherwise, you will need to use available, nearby public spaces. The hotel has automated checking, but staff were on hand to make sure all goes smoothly. If a second key is required, it has to be generated by staff. Breakfast is not done in the hotel, but a voucher is provided to go to Salvatores Cafe in the same building. You have a choice of dine in or take-away. Our room was spacious, clean and comfortable."

"Stayed here April 2025. You could not find a better place to relax and unwind. There was a well stocked fridge and staff were very friendly and helpful. You have everything at your front door here. Lagoon, wave pool, amazing pick of eateries and bars, live music. Will be back for sure."

"The room was quite spacious, but it was very noisy upstairs. You should report any noise issues to the front desk promptly. The breakfast was good and the place was very clean. It's a 10-minute walk to Crocosaurus Cove, where you can experience the Cage of Death and try crocodile burgers. You can also hike to Darwin Harbour to see the WWII Memorial and visit the Mindil Beach Sunset Market on Thursdays and Sundays for food, which is about a 20-minute walk away."
