The hotel is located in an excellent location in the heart of the Sydney CBD. The rooms are spacious and clean however a bit dated. Although the room was pre-paid my card was charged for a second time. I pointed this out to the front desk staff and it was quickly resolved although I wonder how often that happens. The entire hotel is in need of a refurb so not sure the rooms are worth the price however it served my purposes and was not a bad experience.

The front desk checked the Pullman I booked last time and immediately upgraded me to a room with a view on the 18th floor. The night view is really beautiful.
The room itself is elegantly decorated, neat and clean. The bed is really super big, and there is plenty of space for lying down with the baby.
The only drawback is that the power went out twice when I was taking a shower, and it was completely dark.
