Worst hotel ever.... They only have us a small room with a bed for three persons. The room is so small that even extra mattress cannot be laid in the surface. We have booked breakfast included plan... But the breakfast was served at 10 o clock after reminding the hotel staff like 10 times. I don't recommend this hotel to anyone.

Pathetic! absolutely pathetic. The service of mm t has gone down anyways, but the quality of hotels and restaurants under mm t have also deteriorated. Absolute nonsense

The food, ambience, location and the view were just beyond our expectations. Specially full marks to the taste of food and the hospitality that the hotel staff brings were just too good. Very near to chaurasta market so easily accessible

The bathroom was very bad, there is no good facility of hot water. Basin pipe was leaking, there is no tap in the bathroom, only hot water comes from hand shower and cold shower from top. Bathroom was dirty.

*** Please read this before you booked hotel Shanti Palace at Darjeeling *** Most 3rd class hotel I have ever seen. I booked this hotel through yatra.com on 19th April 2022 for 25th May to 28th May 2022. When I called hotel for my booking confirmation they told me that my booking is not confirm. Although yatra shows me that it's confirm for me. And they also told talk to yatra for farther, they dosenot talk with me because I booked it online. I talk with yatra.com they help me a lot for my booking confirmation. At that time I got that information that as this is pick time for Darjeeling so they want 1500 rs. more for per room per day. I am really really surprised. Anyway yatra.com help me for confirmation. After that when I check in the hotel I saw that it's about 1.5 Km from Darjeeling Station and 1.5 Km from Mall. And they provide me a smallest room which is near about 75 to 80 Sq.ft. non view room. Although in my booking it's maintained that my booking is for a 180 Sq.ft view room. I am really very disappointed with it. When I talk with hotel authorities they told me that my booking is for that room. They neglected the booking receipt from yatra.com. please don't book any room in this hotel. Very much bad behavior of there stuffs.
