Nice stay, it's in centre of town, the housekeeping was very professional. Buffet breakfast was good . Hot water was available 24/7.View from rooftop was magical. Reception staff was very cooperative. Had buffet dinner option too but we never utilised.

Best hotel and 5 star is not enough for rating.everything was superb starting from food to house keeping to room....thanks.worth visiting.,🤩🤩🤩🤩🤩🤩🤩🤩🤩🤩🤩🤩🤩🤩🤩🤩🤩🤩🤩🤩🤩🤩 The staffs are really really good and friendly they speak so politely.......... All services and facilities are up to the mark. Very helpful and well behaved staff. Hotel restaurant food was delicious. The only dissatisfaction was a misunderstanding which led to the booking of a room of not our choice where we asked for a premium family room instead of a premium triple room.

Location is out of mall road approx 700 mtr. It's near to reliance smart bazaar. View out of window is blocked by neighbour building and you don't get proper view of mountains. Rooms are good , service is nice. Food is also good. Overall a good hotel.

Need to walk from the main road as taxis are not allowed to enter the narrow lane where the hotel is located or no parking allowed for taxis. The tv in our room was not working as recharge was done very late. Rooms are nice but no view of the mountains in most rooms. Need to carry own sleepers as sleepers are not provided.

Spacious rooms. Friendly staff. Location is a plus, near the main market. The Terrace view is extraordinary. The infrastructure may need some enhancements. Would recommend it to my friends and family. Thank you very much for the experience.
