Had visited Mayfair Darjeeling on my wedding anniversary with my family and was amazed by the overall experience. The staff were extremly polite, welcoming & kind during our stay. The property was very clean and had all necessary things available. Would love to visit again!

Services are Excellent and the staff is always ready to help you out with anything.Special mention to Ranajit, for giving us the best service in breakfast..........................🙂..Room services are very nice and all staff is very helpful. Food is excellent. Laundry service is also good and on time. Special Note .. Mr. Ranajit's hospitality always impressed me, because of that I will always prefer to stay in Mayfair Darjeeling...

Excellent Facilities and I want to Thanks Mr Ranjit for best Hospitality. He helped a lot during the stay and helped a lot during lunch and dinner. Our stay was excellent and property was awesome in terms of Location and food was good with helping nature of all staff members specially Ranjit and his team.

Mayfair is probably the best place to stay in Darjeeling . If compared to the prestigous hotels in Darjeeling this hotel still excels with the exquisite marvel that a heritage property could offer. The service is impecable must mention the warmth and hospitaly of the restaurant asst manager Mr Praveen Shrestha.The only hitch I had is about the problems reception staff had with accepting the international credit cards. With a lot of hastle the problem was solved. Must mention that an Israelly couple had the same problem. The food is possibly the best in town with yummy tandoori chicken and buffet changing with delicacies every day.The beds were done twice a day. So proper five star hospitality with the only hitch about accepting credit cards.

We had an amazing stay at Mayfair Darjeeling. I would highly recommend this property. The hospitality of this hotel is excellent. Especially Mr Giri explained about all the amenities of the hotel and he has helped us a lot in many aspects. I would love to stay again in this hotel.

I would like to extend my heartfelt appreciation to the restaurant staff at Mayfair Hotel Darjeeling, especially Ranjit Biswas Manager F&B service, Alina Thami, Meghna mukhia & Praveen Shrestha, for providing exceptional service during my recent visit. From the moment I arrived, the team went above and beyond to ensure a warm and welcoming dining experience. The food was absolutely delicious, prepared with great care and attention to detail. Ranjit Biswas was particularly attentive and professional, ensuring that all our needs were met promptly and with a smile. The overall dining experience was truly memorable, thanks to the excellent food and impeccable service. Thank you to the entire team for making my visit so enjoyable. I look forward to returning and will highly recommend the restaurant to others!
