Beautiful property with amazing views of valley an tea estate. Great food and friendly staff. Valley walk is a must do activity, but be sure you are physically very fit, its a strenuous trek, but extremely fulfilling and gives u a sense of accomplishment. Must try Naga Mutton and Jalebi Rabri by Chef Pankaj.

My husband enjoyed the peace of the superb jacuzzi with amazing views particularly as the water temperature was just right and was so easy to access the sauna was just as good lovely on all counts very easy to book with very few other guests taking advantage of the great facilities

Needless to stay our stay was very relaxing and comfortable. Right from the checkin in, to food, property, activities, staff behaviour and hospitality. Makaibari tea estate is an added advantage to the property. Beautiful view of Kurseong hill.

I visited Taj Chia Kutir for a short giveaway & the experience was truly heart-warming. The warmth extended by Mr. Bhaskar on the front desk with extremely kind gestures like a complimentary cake for our celebration & the decoration touched us truly. Ms. Meghna closely took care of our dietary preferences for our meal. The spa with Ms Manita & Sadrak was so great - we could go back just to have the spa all over again. It was extremely relaxing. It was my 2nd or 3rd visit & the hospitality keeps me taking me back there again! Can't wait for the net one.

The Resort is perfectly located right in the middle of a tea estate. The staff were super friendly and welcoming, especially Bhaskar and Milu at the front desk, who really went above and beyond to help us with everything we needed. The food at Sonargaon was amazing. Tea tasting on the property was a nice experience where we got to try out various interesting kinds of teas.

A beautiful holistic experience with the best of locations that one can ever dream of The spa service is unparallel.book the valley view rooms ,take the trek that they arrange to know more abt the flora and fauna of the region.Also the walk through the makaibari tea estate is a must

Beautiful property to relax n enjoy with family. Stress levels will go down in this peaceful environment. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay here with my family. Little bit improvement needed in buffet menu.... Otherwise the staff is very courteous. They take care of your kids really well
