Our send visit was more worst then earlier there was no lock in washroom no washroom amenities was there… Food was served without service spoon and we had ordered food for 2 pax cutlery was given for one they gave us quarter plates instead of full plates to have food they really don’t know or what couldn’t get. Last time front office manager or somebody promise us that from next time they will takecare of it but it’s more horrible then last time… we as there to celebrate our 8 th anniversary and we as to write message in pastry happy anniversary but they said they are not able to write it…. also we couldn’t celebrate our anniversary well… Sumi vista is far better then this…. In front desk no greeting to guest no smile ….

Thanks a lot for the warm hospitality. Scenic views over a cup of Darjeeling tea right from the breakfast venue to light up your day. And you are off to a headstart. Right there from the iconic Darjeeling Mall. The rooms are also scenic with a view of the Hills, fitted with a room heater to keep you warm all day.

Yashshree mall road, situated at the prime spot in darjeeling, nearer to mall, Food was excellent, (buffet). Service was also good. Some problems like Wifi connectivity (network little slow) rooms are tiny as compared other hotels. Anyways it would be a better choice if anyone is wishing to visit here.

Arrived at the hotel on 29th. Hotels are really clean. Great location and very close to all restaurants and tourist spots. Not too busy during this time of the month. Had breakfast that was also great and the staff is super cordial and accommodating.
