Mayfair Tea Resort

Very good value for money. All staff very attentive and we'll trained. House keeping very reactive. We feel.pampered. Special mention to chef Sohom as well as servers Aditya, karma and Ankit. Being in a tea estate is unique. Cycling in the greenery and pollution-free environment is a blessing when coming from.Delhi.
Mayfair Darjeeling

Mayfair is probably the best place to stay in Darjeeling . If compared to the prestigous hotels in Darjeeling this hotel still excels with the exquisite marvel that a heritage property could offer. The service is impecable must mention the warmth and hospitaly of the restaurant asst manager Mr Praveen Shrestha. The only hitch I had is about the problems reception staff had with accepting the international credit cards. With a lot of hastle the problem was solved. Must mention that an Israelly couple had the same problem. The food is possibly the best in town with yummy tandoori chicken and buffet changing with delicacies every day.The beds were done twice a day. So proper five star hospitality with the only hitch about accepting credit cards.
Ramada by Wyndham Darjeeling Gandhi Road
4.4/547 Reviews
In Darjeeling, it can be regarded as one of the best quality hotels. Although the surrounding area is very shabby, it is a small harbor, which is especially suitable for two people (because of the double breakfast). From Darjeeling Railway Station, drag the suitcase to the hotel for about 15 minutes. Young people are fine. It is only 5 minutes to walk from the hotel to the Peak Plaza. It is very convenient. There is a night market with stalls nearby. There was even a miniso, and I was drunk too, and the holiday brand that lost the Chinese face was flooding everywhere. The video was shot in the room with a time-lapse. In addition, free luggage storage is provided here, you can go for four or five days on foot, leave your luggage here, and pick it up later.
Central Heritage Resort & Spa Formerly Fortune ITC Resort

We stayed at this hotel from 17th-20th June 2022 with group of 38 people They don’t know what hospitality is … Starting from Sales to checkout Although we paid 80% (2 days out of 3 days) advance payment but their sales team lady (Seema) still didn’t confirmed our booking and left our guest waiting in lobby for 3 hours until she got the full payment. As was travelling to darjeeling from Bagdogra there was mobile network issue so I wasn’t able to make the balance payment. Although I requested that I will pay as soon as I reach there we were having booking for 21 rooms and just allocate 2 rooms to families that have reached early but she was ada***t Hotel is really in BAD shape and now I understood why they ask for all payment. They have 2 building and they only showcase the main heritage building. The standard rooms are he worst ones to stay in the other building Although some rooms are big but no maintenance was there the flooring is broken, leakage, smell of dampness, broken furniture … and ***y more (problem with all rooms) They don’t have enough staff to cater room service or house keeping. Towels were not changed for 3 days. You request 1 thing and you would be lucky to get within in 1 hr without 3-4 reminders. They don’t keep stock of any food material. The hotel was occupied but they only have 8-10 snack options (No French Fries, No Peanuts) … Can you Imagine I have seen lot of guest complaining to change the room but they cudn’t help it. They shifted us to nearby hotel saying that they will give us better rooms next day but I have to fight hard to claim those rooms next day Not even single team member was happy with the stay. The ***agement should fire all the staff and close down this if they aren’t able to handle
Sterling Darjeeling
4.2/543 Reviews
Sterling is a nice place to stay, the view from room is amazing. We really enjoyed the prompt and timely services, staff is very courteous. Mr Pramod took good care of us at the restaurant. The only concern is the access road to the resort, which is too narrow, once you pass that, then you are fine
La Das Treetops

Peaceful stay, the place who want to stay away from crowd. Food needs some improvement, also like other comparable hotels/ resorts breakfast should be in the form of buffet with more varieties, it is new property & may be started very soon.
