Eşimle üç günlük Karadeniz tatili için seçmistik ama o kadar kötüydü ki annemizin sağlık sorunları da eklenince ayrılışımizi yapmalarını istedik ama Obilet kabul etmesine rağmen bunlar yapmadılar. 1 gün kaldık 3 gün parası aldılar. Havuzlar çocuklar için, sigara içme alanı yok ve otelde görevli yok nerdeyse. Tavsiye etmem.

Not bad hotel but not for long time

I booked with them with a sea view, and they excused that there was no vacant room, and the employee Ziad promised me at 9 am that it would be replaced for me, at 9 am I went to the reception, but it was clear that their employee lied to me and my room was not replaced, otherwise my room overlooks sewer pipes and there is no security box ( I contacted them and he said that it is under maintenance), also the table is scratched and the furniture is dirty. I can live in a two-star hotel better than this hotel and it’s bad treatment. I do not advise anyone to deal with it. and I will complain too, I'm very upset, I came to the hotel for relaxation and problems
