Comfortable and spacious, honestly a great deal! I was driving and it was raining and dark so I wanted a place to stop and rest til morning as driving was not the safest. Great find!

We had to evacuate from Brooksville, Fl. during the Milton Hurricane. It was very hard to find a decent hotel along route 10 heading west. I finally decided this hotel seemed ok w/ most of its reviews. The location has a lot of nearby restaurants to choose from. The room was facing the woods so nice & quiet. Comfortable bedding & clean room. A/C worked quietly. Staff friendly.

My wife and I stayed at the Best Western Plus Daphne Inn & Suites on 9/25/24 while evacuating from Hurricane Helene, and it was **the worst hotel experience we have ever had**. Around midnight on our first night, my wife woke up **screaming in terror** because a cockroach was crawling on her in the bed. This was absolutely terrifying and left us unable to sleep for the rest of the night. When we went down to the reception to report the incident and let them know we would be checking out in the morning, the man at the front desk was **completely indifferent**—no apology, no concern, just treated it like another day at the Best Western. Unfortunately, we had no choice but to stay the night because all other hotels in the area were fully booked for immediate check-in. Things went from bad to worse when we returned to the front desk in the morning. The **Black woman working the desk refused to provide her name or the general manager’s name**, and when we requested to speak with the manager, she basically accused **my wife and I of bringing the cockroach** into the hotel ourselves. To top it off, the general manager never contacted us, despite this being promised. We were given the runaround every time we asked for an update or response. Thankfully, we eventually found a room at the **Marriott Mobile**, and it was **100x better than this filthy, mismanaged motel**. I would strongly recommend avoiding this Best Western entirely. Between the roaches and the appalling customer service, it was an absolute disaster from start to finish. Do yourself a favor and stay somewhere else!

The hotel's location was excellent. The hotel and all its amenities were very clean. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Breakfast options were wonderful and fresh. Pool was clean. I will be choosing this location again when I travel back to the area.

Mold by fridge, grease on headboard, musty smell, no one was at the front desk to check us in first 20 minutes of checking in, air suction and AC system poor, they refused to give us a refund after being there less than 15 minutes, me and my family left anyway. Simply stay at home2 suites by Hilton period.

I had a pleasant stay at the Best Western Plus in Alabama. Despite arriving late, I was warmly greeted, and check-in was smooth. The room was comfortable and clean, providing a relaxing environment. The breakfast area was clean, and the food options were good, though the selection of fruit was lacking, and there were limited gluten-free choices. Overall, a comfortable and welcoming stay.
