酒店停車方便。前台服務員很熱情，很有禮貌，我們諮詢稻城亞丁怎麼遊玩？天氣如何？都一一詳細的向我們介紹，下次有機會還會選擇這家酒店。

歷年住酒店最差的體驗。下午不到五點到酒店，請餐廳隨意安排兩個人的晚餐，居然居然餐廳不給安排，理由是6點有團餐，廚師不願意再接單！這個酒店前不着村後不着店，周邊沒有任何吃的，要開車到鎮上才能吃飯飯。請前台協調，前天講餐廳不由他們管，有意見就投訴餐廳！酒店宣傳有吸氧機，結果也不由他們管，這酒店管理太差了，入住後見到三次前台與旅客爭執。就連房間衞生紙不夠了，前台答覆是不可能，每個房間打掃衞生都會放的…。住這個酒店可得有點氣量！
