It was a great check-in experience. When we were almost desperate, we met the lobby manager of Songtsan. He picked us up the mountain in the snow at 8 o'clock in the evening. From check-in to check-in, he provided full butler-style service and was meticulous. 👍👍

It was my first time to stay at a Songtsam Group hotel, and I was surprised by the service at Songtsam Yading Mountain Residence. It was amazing! We arrived at the entrance of the scenic spot very late. Songtsam Hotel immediately drove a Land Rover to pick us up. Hearing that we hadn’t had dinner yet, he immediately asked the restaurant staff to stay and wait for us. When we arrived at the hotel, he notified the restaurant to start cooking beef noodles. We were so hungry and cold that we rushed to the hotel. When we looked at the steaming beef noodles (free), we felt like we were being pampered by Songtsan. Let’s talk about the snow mountain view room. A whole side of the windows faces the snow mountains, and the windows can be fully opened without any obstruction. The photo effect is excellent. 🌅🌇Every photo you take will be a blockbuster. The restaurant is an excellent location for viewing. After checking out, we still had dinner in the restaurant. We ate hot pot and looked at the Rizhao Jinshan Mountain outside the window. It was so beautiful!

The scenic spot is beautiful and the hotel is nice! The hotel rooms are spacious, clean and tidy, with comfortable and elegant decoration. They have floor heating and humidifiers, and diffuse oxygen supply at night to ensure sleep. The scenery outside the window is also beautiful, and you can see Xiannairi and Shanuoduoji Snow Mountain from the balcony. The service staff are all very friendly and enthusiastic, especially the housekeeper Cizhen who took us hiking the Songtsan Trail and Xiao Yang at the front desk. They made us feel the warmth, simplicity and sincerity of the hotel, and we give them a thumbs up! I recommend the Songtsan Trail to my friends here. It is well worth a try. At first, I was worried: I was afraid that I would not be able to persevere due to lack of exercise and being over fifty years old. However, with the help, encouragement and support of my husband, housekeeper Cizhen and our new good teammate Comrade Xiao Zhao, we completed the whole journey happily. There are hardships along the way, as well as beautiful and unique scenery that cannot be seen on normal travel routes. Because the vegetation is very oxygen-free, and we have a good partner and a great steward, this hike was an unforgettable experience during our more than ten days of travel. grateful!

I came here after hearing from a friend that the Songtsam brand was doing well, but after staying here I felt it was just average! Facilities: The details of toiletries and hair dryers should not be ignored by a hotel at this price. Generally, thousands of famous hotels have at least Dyson hair dryers and brand toiletries, but I didn’t expect that the ones used here are very ordinary, a bit Pull down. Environment: The hotel is not an independent overall area. It feels like a few single-family buildings selected along the roadside. The surrounding area is also immature and feels chaotic. Service: I booked a room type with the same price as my friend, but the actual room was very different, and there was no reasonable explanation. Other basic services were not in place. This kind of service is really not what a hotel at this price should provide.
