I booked a boutique sea view king room more than a month in advance, but the room was facing the land side of Hainan Island, not the sea side at all. The service staff also made some nonsense explanations. In short, it was not up to the standard of a brand hotel, and the experience was very poor! The quality of breakfast was also very average!
