First time staying at Ocean Flower Island and Castle Hotel. Huge hotel with 5000+ rooms. We did not expect to find some facilities (e.g. swimming pools, etc) are closed for maintenance. Free shuttle bus to & from the railway station provides convenience for guests. While the front desk staff might not be as knowledgeable & helpful in our queries, the personal butler had provided us with excellent service. She is accessible via WeChat and highly responsive to all our queries. Thank you 管家晓月 for making our stay a pleasant one!
