My husband and I really enjoyed staying at the Quality Inn in Dandridge tennessee. The hotel was clean and the beds were very comfortable. The highlight of our trip was the breakfast at the hotel. We met Melissa who was very conscientious about taking care of the dining room and cooking the food. (I could honestly say this far exceeded the other hotel breakfasts). It was fresh and homemade and if I ever travel back through there I will definitely stay again at the Quality Inn in Dandridge.

Hotel is very clean and the breakfast is fantastic! Staff is very friendly and professional. The lobby is nicely decorated for the holidays and the fresh baked cookies are perfect. They also have hot chocolate available for you to make.

This Quality Inn certainly lives up to its name. Everything was top notch. The rooms were very clean with updated facilties. The grounds were well kept. The bedding was extremely comfortable. With a warm breakfast included, the price was very affordable. We would definitely stay here again.

This property is a hidden gem! We stopped on our way home from Texas. This is one of the best Quality Inn's we have stayed at. This property is very clean, affordable, check in/out was easy. Everyone was so friendly and breakfast was good with eggs, sausage, biscuits and gravy, cereal, waffles. We definitely would stay here again!

I stay at a lot of Quality Inns when I'm traveling. Their hotels/motels are generally very consistent in terms of quality and price. This one was no different and actually above average. The room was very clean and very nicely updated. It is a motel, but I don't always consider that a bad thing and this one felt as safe and secure as could be. It sits on top of a hill overlooking a fairly busy exit off the interstate and there's plenty of fuel and food options nearby. I definitely recommend this one.

This is the NICEST Quality Inn, or equivalent hotel that we have ever stayed. First of all, it is pet friendly. I called ahead to make our reservation, and to make sure we got a room on the first floor. The day shift front desk lady was SO HELPFUL, and we stayed in Room 123. This room is on the Interstate 40 side, but there was not much noise from the highway. Secondly, this hotel is CLEAN. Our room was clean, and smelled clean. In fact, the whole campus was mowed, and void of trash, etc. There was several places to walk the dog in grassy areas. The morning included a hot breakfast with eggs, biscuits and gravy, coffee, cereal and pastries. If you are stopping in the Dandridge area, this is the hotel you want to stay in.

This hotel is older, but it was clean, the beds were comfortable, and the shower was hot. I have two concerns, and these concerns are the reason for the two stars. Both treadmills were broken in the fitness area. One would unexpectedly speed up to a dangerous speed, and I had to use the emergency stop button. I reported this. The other was an old Planet Fitness treadmill that made a lot of noise and moved unevenly. So I couldn’t exercise because there were only those two cardio machines that were broken. Negative political comments were made by male employees during breakfast while the two men were sitting around watching the news. These negative comments were made twice, once while my husband was eating, and while I ate a bit later. The men loudly disagreed with a judicial decision that was reported on the news. They are employees and need to keep their divisive opinions to themselves while working. Because of the negative ambiance I can’t recommend this hotel.

I actually ended up canceling my room reservation upon trying to check in, and the experience I had with the front desk worker (Donna) made me cancel on the spot because of her blatant unprofessionalism. I provided my passport for my form of ID, and somehow this led her to make comments regarding immigrants and speculating about their legal status in an inappropriate manner. It made me very uncomfortable and I asked to cancel on the spot. At first I was told there would be no refund on the reservation, but after pointing out how her behavior was problematic I was told it would be refunded. I cannot speak to the quality of the rooms as it was such a bad experience I didn't make it that far, but I would not recommend this place to anyone.

The room was comfortable and clean. The breakfast was exactly as expected. The young man that checked us in was polite and informative. There are restaurants close by with a variety of choices. Thank you for a great stay.
