I booked a suite room and swimming pool was free with that as rain water was flooded on the floor as it started raining. They changed the room but rain water was there in that room also.

Receptionist was not well mannered. it is written for paid pick and drop but when asked at reception, he denied of such facility. Over and above washroom cleanliness need a to be improved, the seat was dirty. Overall stay was not so good, bed quality also needs to be improved

1. Washroom was not clean, shower and tap was not working properly. Toilet seat was too dirty. 2. A strong bad smell was coming out from the room. 3. During the time of check in, hotel room was not ready and it took more than 15 minutes to get the room ready, even after taking such time room was not cleaned. 4. There was no separate lobby or section for the private business rooms and the rooms available for marriage and guest house. It was too disturbing as kids were coming and unnecessarily ringing the bells, very unsuitable for business stays. It becomes impossible to take a meeting here.

This hotel never disappoint's, have stayed here couple of times. The rooms & bathrooms were clean with all amenities mentioned, best part is the koyal river view from the hotel room. Breakfast was nice and well served 10/10
