The exterior of the hotel was covered with trash and cigarette butts. The tub was dirty and had hair in it. The room smelled weird and there was a bug trap on the floor behind the microwave leaving me to feel that the pest control is not being adequately controlled. Homeless people living outside of the hotel.

Hotel management is very professional manner. Property is clean and neat place. Price for hotel is very comparable around here and more like staff members are very good. GM, she is watch out for customers be sure stay comfortable and cozy environment. We like her very much.

This place was so gross. Urine on the toilet rim, hair in the bath tub, carpet was sticky. Barely warm water. Garbage bags everywhere. They switched my room twice because of leaking, loud pipes. two of the three vending machines didn't work. It is so loud in the back of the hotel because it is directly by the expressway.

Stairways were dirty. Walking through the laundry room area was also dirty. Stained carpets in the room. The sitting chair in the room had stains. Shower looked gross. I slept on top of the covers. Next time I'll sleep in my van. Never again.

Inexpensive, they will take any size dog. The room was adequate but not enough towels or toiletries, roaches in the sink, broken outlet. The outside was dirty with cigarette butts pieces of paper, q tips on the walkway. Dirty water around the landing.

The staff that I personally encountered was horrible from beginning to end. I checked out early! Ashley is horrible as a front desk person who will mishandle your funds! No accountability. AC not good!

Hotel staff is incompetent. Booked through Priceline. Got to hotel. Staff no idea how to process a Priceline reservation. Line out the door, said reservation was not paid for. Priceline called hotel 3 times. No one would answer. Priceline been trying for a week to get someone at hotel to answer. No luck. Meanwhile still waiting for my refund. Priceline should not use hotels like this that do not respond to calls or emails and do not have trained staff,

Very dated maybe back to the 70's. Dirty, noisy, Lady in check in had a very bad cough. Coughed with ink pen in hand and then handed it to me. YUCK! 2 story older unit that has stairs to upper floor. No elevator
