Overall, my experience was wonderful, especially with the bar in the lobby. However, I did encounter an issue with the hot water in my shower. I notified reception, and they promptly sent someone to check it, but unfortunately, the problem remained unresolved. I didn’t follow up afterward.

Great hotel, location, accommodations and food. Luis, the maintenance man fixing a table one morning in the lobby was exceptionally kind, helpful and went out of his way to make certain I was having a great stay. I would strongly recommend staying at the hotel crescent.

Lynn was the masseuse I was fortunate to be paired with. She was pleasant and easy to converse with. In an 80 minute session, she used good pressure particularly around my neck and shoulders to relieve the tightness which is a challenge for me. I'll be back.

this is alleged to be a luxury hotel. The facilities are very nice and convenient. However, I arrived early and was told that I would be contacted as soon as my room was available. So I waited and waited and finally went back to ask and found that the room had been ready for some time and they had not contacted me. My bigger gripe is that upon checking out I found a "Credit Card Convenience Fee" of $10.17 per day! I have stayed at many of the truly luxury hotels in the world and many luxury boutique hotels and I have NEVER had a hotel be so tacky and greedy as to charge such a fee. For that small reason alone, I shall never to back to this hotel and I have warned my friends who go to Dallas. I have also so advised the company that was hosting the meeting and selected this hotel.

4:30pm no room yet, no indication when room will be ready, was told it is due to large group that had late checkout - so now I have to head out for business dinner disheveled from day of travel, but wait they offered a suite for an extra $200 brutal

Lunch in Crescent Court’s charming little Conservatory restaurant. The food was wonderful—it always is. My server Nurgleim (sp?) was attentive and friendly. One of my favorite “undiscovered places” in Dallas. Worthy of a breakfast or lunch visit.

Beautiful hotel in the heart of uptown Dallas. Hotel Crescent is located in a complex with everything you would need. Moxies is right next door and Nobu is located in the hotel building. Lots of shopping and restaurants next door.
