Very Clean And Nice Hotel

We stayed for a night and it was peaceful! Very safe, clean and great staff! The breakfast was nice and fresh! The front desk was amazing and I cannot remember her name but she was so helpful and engaging. The pool was nice and clean too. Stay here if you want to be outside major areas.

This was an amazing hotel, the staff was beautiful and friendly, they brightened my day, every day, including housekeeping and the cooks. Anything you need they made sure to accommodate you as much as possible. They have a nice, but small outdoor pool, laundry room only on first floor, and a workout room.

I cannot begin to tell you how amazing our stay was. I’ve been trying to get the general managers information so I can personally email him and thank his staff for the hospitality. Blessed, my goodness she fits the name. My daughter said after a wonderful interaction with her “Mom I get Thanksgiving at her house is amazing” so kind and caring and polite. Everyone there was so welcoming. I wish I could remember their names. The breakfast was top notch. The rooms were clean and spacious. Just being told “we are so glad you are here” warmed my heart. I will stay here time and time again. Keep up the good work. To the manager - you have built a wonderful team and you are lucky to have them. Take care of them and they will continue to be the best them they can be! Cheers from a Volleyball mom, that was in Dallas for a tournament!

Great room in terms of size, cleanliness and beds. Nice view. Decent TV which can pivot depending on where you are in the room. The staff were lovely, Blessed Johnson and Maddie warrant specific mention for nice and helpful attitude. Breakfast was ok - waffle was probably the most outstanding item. Annoyingly - there was no classic tea (ie English breakfast) available for breakfast which seemed a remarkable oversight. The fact that it did not appear after the first morning it was flagged to the breakfast staff seemed subpar. Overall an enjoyable experience.

The staff was very helpful and nice. The rooms were clean and comfortable. The breakfast was the usual set up but better than most- the kitchen staff went out of their way to take care of the items served.Overall this was a good choice and would come back.

I spent two months in this Residence Inn while water damage was repaired at my home. Recently widowed, the move was emotionally difficult as well as physically. The cats and I were put into this Residence Inn by my insurance company, and they could not have made a better choice. The staff makes this hotel. Blessed Jefferson and her front desk staff - Laretha, Laneysa, and Maddison, are everything. From the moment I walked in, I was surrounded by a warmth that made me feel right at home. Any request I made during my time here was met promptly. The engineering staff responded quickly and politely when my kitten got stuck behind a drawer (!). Although I did most of my own cleaning because I didn't want the cats escaping, the housekeeping staff was unfailingly polite and supplied any needs immediately. My room was attractive, large, and with a full kitchen. Beware the kitchen. You cannot really cook in it because the fire alarms are sensitive, but it is more than adequate for microwaved meals, eggs, etc. There is plenty of storage space if the stay is a long one. I had a view of a green hill that was covered by bull thistles, hemlock, and vitex trees. It was lovely. As I sat and worked at the desk, I could watch the rabbit family raise their babies, watch the buzzards fly their lazy way riding the thermals, and listen to the mockingbirds. The pool is pretty and I don't understand the reviews that say it's small. It's fine and very inviting. I liked the breakfast, especially the make-your-own waffles. There was a good variety of food, that changed daily, and the breakfast staff was friendly and responsive. I appreciated the company at breakfast, too, and the view of the pool from the breakfast room. I have a couple small complaints. For a long-term stay, the living room furniture is back-breaking. The bed, thank goodness, is very comfortable! The other complaint is the paucity of hot water. Much water is wasted waiting for the shower to heat up, and I rarely had enough for a hot shower. Several times there was no hot water at all! The bathroom faucet runs cold and has a weak stream, about the size of a pencil at full pressure. During my stay, I often found myself thinking that I could live there. I am grateful to the staff for their kindness, and for the way they went "above and beyond" so many times taking care of me. Thank you Blessed, Maddie, Laneysa, and Laretha. You are all wonderful.

Clean, well maintained hotel in a safe area. Kitchen was well stocked. Large walk in shower with well lit vanity. Nice layout. Pool with waterfall. Two restaurants within walking distance. Large gas station across a four lane from hotel. Front desk was absolutely awesome. Great breakfast provided.
