這家酒店設施齊全，房間乾淨衞生，周圍環境優雅，對面就是付家莊海濱浴場，周圍用餐非常方便，服務態度很好，

非常老舊，席夢思硌人，本來訂了2晚，住了一晚實在不想住了。優勢是離付家莊浴場比較近，步行約700米。但大連遊不太推薦付家莊，因為免費浴場，人真的是多，沙灘上帳篷多到沒法走路。酒店前台工作人員還不錯，到了才知道還有新的樓，新樓條件應該會好一些

十一期間入住的，酒店馬路一條街就是付家莊公園，大連旅遊景點所以人很多，去的時候和走時都很堵。入住當天前台有電聯確認到店時間。入住的好像是2號樓，外觀看着還行，內部卻很古樸，房間裏還有蟋蟀、沒有防滑墊洗完澡淋浴間都是水，太容易滑倒了，沒有排風扇，此外房間wifi信號太差，不推薦入住。

服務熱情，住的3號樓這邊，房間很大，裝修佈置很簡單。很安靜太喜歡了。衞生間還有浴缸。出門馬路對面就是大海，離景區都不遠。
