金馬路輕軌站如家酒店，咱先説一下服務吧，那天我下午來辦的入住，晚上男朋友才下班回到酒店，那天晚上他進門要上樓來我這拿一下身份證辦入住，樓下的保安説讓他趕緊下來，再不下來就報警，我也挺無奈的。第二天早上十點多的時候，我們還在睡夢中，突然有保潔推門而入，我們被驚醒了嚇得半死，得虧沒有光屁股在屋裡溜達，開門也沒敲個門，真的是嚇死了。這好歹也是如家旗下的酒店吧，真不知道該説什麼好了

隔音效果太差，走廊和隔壁房間説話聲音聽的很清楚！下水管聲音也大！被罩還幾個洞！屋裡沒有WIFI賬號密碼提示！枕頭太軟，睡了一宿太不舒服了！
