It was very good experience. Hotel management was very helpful and cooperative. Rooms are very well maintained and a good view also available from room.

Wifi was not working. Telephone of my room was disconnected. Wc seat was positioned really high however, bed was super comfy. Really slept like a baby. Food was good and reasonably priced. Breakfast was good

I stay at this hotel. I have experience at this property. Staff is good and food service is also very nice and clean. Room is clean and washroom is also good and clean. Only lift is missing and top floor terrace is missing. Overall experience is very good.

We reached hotel at 11:30 pm. They send us to under constructions new branch of hotel near the hotel but we booked room in kayanat not in new branch. And in new hotel dust, wood and construction material all over the floor. So we refuse to go there and ask them to give room in the kayanat only. So they make us to wait till 1:30 pm for check in.

For 4k per night they gave me a dingy small room with no ventilation. The towels looks like mopping cloth washed and dried. When i complained to the staff, he said sir it is fresh from the laundry. In general the staff behaviour wasn’t too welcoming either

Hotel location is near to gandhi chawk, ind o ******* matket, mall road and well connected to all tourist locations. Food and room service is really good. We spend 3 days in hotel and we were really happy with taste of food. Room ambience, furniture, gallery valley view all added to make our dalhousie trip a life long memory.
