My room was huge and very clean. The decor was dated but expected for the price. The staff was very helpful every time I needed something. Also there is also a free ‘shuttle’ into the city center which was basically them just calling me a taxi and paying for it whenever I wanted to go. The only downside was the breakfast. It wasn’t great quality food and they didn’t have any western options. (There was technically an egg station but they said they didn’t have eggs)

The hotel is very new and designed in a classic style. I went with my wife and the hotel helped set up the honeymoon room, which was extremely satisfying. The support staff were very enthusiastic. I asked for more towels exactly 3 minutes later. Someone brought towels to the room, 10 points for service attitude and quality

This is second hotel I tried in Dalat. It is a very lovely villa style hotel. The overall design is simple gorgeous from the lobby to your villa (room) I am staying at villa 5 which is very near to the lobby. You don’t need to use the cabby service & I prefer to walk so as to enjoy the peaceful environment. Pls note there is no lift and my room is on the 3rd floor which is the highest. The room is very spacious and pretty. They are using UK/US power points which are available on both sides of the bed. Do note that one of the power points has been used for the alarm clock but you can easily remove it. For the bedside lamp, it is using touch sensor. Have fun trying to turn it on and adjust the brightness. There are 4 mineral water bottles (2 inside the bar fridge), 3-4 type of tea bags to choose from and coffee too. Toilet and shower are separated. The water pressure is strong and have constant hot water. They provide refillable nice bath gel, shampoo, conditioner and body lotion too. Though there is air conditioning, I can’t control which later is fixed by the technician. However, it is still not that cold even it is 20 degree, more like 25-26 degree. I don’t like hot temperature and my “sensor” body can tell the coldness of the room, haha. Wanted to open the window as it is so much cooler. Give up the idea as I am more worried about the mosquitoes. Suggest to put a mosquitoes net so that we can open the window. Woke up every nights as I feel so warm using the blanket. Nevertheless, the staff are very helpful and eager to serve you though some may not be fluent in English. The toilet looks pretty but the basin area is just too small. My toiletries bag will get wet when using the basin The breakfast is very delicious and many varieties to choose from. Try to avoid peak hour from 7:30am to 8:45am. You should try their 1929 Lobby Bar, they are delicious too. Overall, I have a good stay and my girlfriend is happy and my positive energy fully recharged! Highly recommended!

Very clean and grand hotel in Dalat. Very comfortable stay. But the customer service for room cleaning needs to be improved further. (Not enough manpower to clean rooms) In room dining needs to be improved, maybe can include an app for booking meals. Laundry service not user friendly.

The room is relatively small, there are three-person rooms and this building is relatively new, selected, the overall environment is also decent, there is an elevator, although it is a bit inconvenient to go around. The elevator is on the third floor, and the fourth floor has to be on its own. The service is really good, the owner is also in English, and he is very enthusiastic about doing things. Breakfast is made now, not many choices, but sufficient, also with fruit and tea. The location is a bit far from the center, but the problem is not big. Anyway, I planned to take a taxi.

We booked a room here for 3 nights. The hotel has a very nice view from the balcony. We booked a room for just over $25 per night but were very satisfied with the room and service as well as the free breakfast. The staff here are very polite and helpful, they took care of us in every little detail

A house with a good view and a place that couples and women would like. It's clean, quiet, and good. Cons: It's far from the road to the accommodation. In Dalat, it's chilly at dawn on November 25th. No warm air conditioning. No TV available.
