The breakfast area is spacious and delicious. There is a shopping mall right behind the hotel, which is convenient. However, perhaps because it is still a new hotel, the reception and some of the staff are not 5-star, and the pool, gym, and spa are under construction and cannot be used, so the price is high! You can only use the room. (In the current situation, the accommodation fee should be reduced by about 3,000 yen.) At best, it would be better to visit this hotel when all the facilities are completed.

There was a problem with the bathroom water quality, but they were kind and quick to resolve it and showed their best efforts. The rooms are clean and well-maintained. In particular, the location is really great. Go Dalat, the largest supermarket in Dalat, is just a 3-minute walk away, so I was able to use it conveniently every day. It is really convenient because the lakeside walk and the park walk are right next to it. The city center and Dalat night market are within walking distance. The breakfast is delicious, has a variety of items, and is clean and well-managed, so I was satisfied. In particular, the most impressive thing is that even though it was before 8 o'clock in the morning, the manager of the breakfast restaurant came to the restaurant and managed everything, checked the inconveniences and reactions of the guests, and they served kindly and diligently, leaving a good impression. I would like to praise the manager of the breakfast restaurant for his active service spirit and the fact that he kindly listened to and checked for any inconvenient problems in the rooms and resolved them. I was touched by the way they made eye contact, greeted each other, and worked hard. I often travel to hotels, but this was the first time I've seen a breakfast restaurant manager with such passion.
