V Sadana Lodge

The room was spacious. The same was neat and clean. Nearness to the temple. Approach to the lodge was good and was easy to locate. Than you. No images.

The property is easily accessible from the temple. Accommodation is excellent there is no lift ground floor rooms are not advisable as there's a foul smell of nearby septic tank and cattle the hotel staff at reception are unfriendly not even a bottle of water is provided accommodation 5* amenities 3* service 2*

The room and facilities are excellent. The property owner, d'souza madam, is very kind and helpful. We enjoyed our stay at v sadana. Looking forward to visiting v sadan again in future.

Leaking water in the bathroom and very basic things not provided like drinking water and handwash or soap

The service is really very bad. In fact there was no service at all. They first told that there is no reservations in my name. Then after some time they found out. Then they told there is no room service at all. I show them my booking details to prove my self, which is very terrible. They refused to even give water to the room saying we have taken it by ourselves. They refused to give any kind of room service. Moreover there were no toiletries kept, no tv (not in working condition, no work desk, nothing. The receptionist's behaviour was very rude. Not suitable for the stay. They are really very rude and unprofessional. I really don't recommend anyone to stay here.

Lodge staff were co-operative. Lodge location is near to the temple. Overall cleanliness of the room was good. Although room had an attached restroom its walls were facing the front of the building. Privacy is a bit of an issue.
