다만, 시설 내부 청결도 및 친절도는 아쉬웠어요,,,

로비에 계시는 분 굉장히 불친절하네요.
즐겁게 휴가 즐기러 갔다가 기분만 안좋아졌습니다.
체크아웃할 때 체크아웃 부탁드렸더니 옆 데스크 이용해라고 해서 돌아섰는데 제 뒤에 계시던 여성 분은 바로 체크아웃 해주더라고요;
저는 기다리고 있는데.. 기본적인 서비스 교육이 안되어 있는 느낌이었습니다.
제 돈 내고 기분만 나빠졌네요.
