It was a package product that included dinner/lunch/wine/coffee/premium gift amenities, so I was able to spend a really happy and enjoyable 2 days and 1 night at the hotel. I liked that the staff was really kind and helpful. However, it was disappointing that the TV was not mirrored and the toilet paper was a little rough. Other than that, there was nothing lacking in bedding or cleanliness. The Dongbo Seong course meal was also very good! I recommend it for a staycation!

콘서트 참여를 위해 엑스코에서 가장 가까운 호텔을 예약했습니다. 최근 5성급으로 인증을 받았다기에 너무 기대했던 탓인지 기대 이하, 혹은 기대를 하지 않았더라도 너무 실망스러웠습니다. 리셉션의 대구사투리가 심하신 남자직원분은 다른 손님들이 모두 들을 수 있게 다른 투숙객의 컴플레인을 큰소리로 말하며 불만을 표시하였습니다. 듣는 제가 불편할 정도였는데 컴플레인 내용도 손님이 충분히 불쾌하실 수 있는 내용이었는데 ㅠㅠ ... 암튼 다신 안가려고요.
