Location is excellent! It’s very clean, breakfast was standard business type. Only two issues: 1) If you want to exchange other currency to VND, the staff will tell you different amount and the the amount is like around $10 USD which is ridiculous, until you throw a fit and ask the manager to come out then its fine all of a sudden. The exchange is one way (other currency to vnd) only, you can’t exchange back to usd, you can only do that in the airport. 2) The pool is clean but the facilities were very poorly maintained, see photos, no chair in changing room, shower nobs coming off in each shower, no place to put dirty towels. Considering it’s Hilton its quiet unacceptable.

Really ideal location, cross road to a long belt beach, easy access to coffee shops and restaurants. Room is big and clean, and the roof top pool and bar is so cool. Lastly, all staff are friendly and helpful.

Altara suite is perfect ! The location is located at a less crowded area so it’s perfect for a relaxing getaway. Staff are all very friendly and helpful during the stay! Accommodation was clean and nice comes with a nice balcony with sea view! 🌊🌊🌅 Gym was spacious and have a great city view from above! 🏋️ Roof top Swimming Pool is chill and nice!🏊♂️🩲 Breakfast comes with good selection! Most importantly it’s at the top few levels! So the view is awesom yo🍳🥐🍉 Definitely made the right choice to stay here! Check out Sơn tra night market for awesome seafood too! 🦞🦑🐙🦐🐟

The hotel is fabulous from location to cleanliness. Make sure you get the river view room, especially suite, it absolutely will amaze you! Maybe because it was an event weekend but didn’t have good experience with front desk services.

Got the ocean view and it was spectacular. Staffs were all friendly although their not very fluent in English as per the rest of the people here in Đà Nẵng. Room is huge and spacious. Toilet is clean. No iron board so take note if you wanna bring clothes that are crumpled easily. Breakfast buffet is ok-ok. Only nice dish is the egg station and coffee. Only bad and unpleasant experience here is that… My personal card went missing after a housekeeper tidied our room for the first time as we forgot to put on the “Do Not Disturb” mode. We were only given 1 access card, which is needed to slot into the room for everything to work. Thus I slotted in one of my personal card to replace it since there were two of us. Came back the night and my card was missing. Had some difficulties communicating with the staffs. Said they’d check the CCTV + check with the housekeeper, they just said nothing. Nothing was done at all other than the “customer service” line called the following day to clarify what happened. Till the day I checked out. Much disappointment. So just be careful.

Location: 8.5/10 The hotel is about a 20-30 minutes taxi / grab to Hoi-An or Danang city. However, we know about this before hands, and it is a resort, so we have nothing to complain about. Service: 10/10 – All of the staff members are extremely helpful with a huge smile on their faces. The hotel also provides a very nice touch to offer a tour to Marble Mountain that we did not expect for. A big shout out for Yury gave a great tour and explained very clear about the history of Vietnam and Marble Mountain. Room: 10/10 The room size is very spacious and looks new. One very important thing is that the room is just one step away from the swimming pool and the beautiful beach. Facilities: 10/10 The hotel provides a wide range of facilities, including: a swimming pool with lots of kids' swim equipment and toys, a gym, various classes for kids and adults, and entertainment on the beach. Shout out for the sauna room that not many hotels provide both hot and cold tubs. Overall: 10/10 – Hyatt Regency Danang is excellent for staying as a couple or family with kids. It is a Very nice hotel. Very Clean.......good service, they delivered iron with table within 5 minutes of calling for it. The hotel is Conveniently located with eateries and small grocery store around it. Excellent buffer breakfast with choice of local as well at western cuisine, fruit bar, salad bar and live counters.. Cosy coffee shop that serves excellent coconut coffee. The spa is great offers free sauna with room. Overall a very nice experience and polite staff. 😊

Excellent services from front desk staff, bellboy and housekeeping. Large room. Thanks for the upgrade so we have very beautiful view from our room 2536. It’s far from downtown but it’s a plus that we don’t have other buildings blocking the view from the swimming pool. Buffet breakfast is very good. Wish they have 3 more types of fruits.

Fabulous experience and been to many IHG hotels world wide but this one is the only one asked me to join the IHG after 20 years living in the hotels, superb hospitality, excellent facilities, many inspiring places and friendly staff , we tried the romantic private dinner with the kids and the la maison 1888 dinner and citron , amazing views and perfect services , thanks intercontinental team and Thomas for the FnB team Danang our unforgettable first trip to Vietnam , complimentary boat ride also makes fun for kids and such a great ocean to swim and experience

The PEOPLE! Everyone working at this hotel were very pleasant and helpful. Made the overall experience very enjoyable. The HOTEL! A newer hotel in a great location with amazing views.right across from the beach and very convenient to many walkable restaurants. Taxis were always available out front. We needed to extend our time in Da Nang for 5-days and booked this hotel literally last minute. It did not disappoint and the rooms were very comfortable. We had a two-bedroom and have plenty of space. Room was beautiful and well designed. No issues or complaints about the room. The SPA! The Spa had a 2 for 1 special that I took advantage of by getting the Vietnamese Bamboo 90-minute Massage and then the Hot-Stone 90-minute Massage. These were both AMAZING and the masseuse couldn't have been more friendly and wonderful. She was able to locate the pain points in my shoulder areas and focus on relieving the pain. Her name was Nhi, and I HIGHLY recommend her. The Restaurant and Bar were also very nice, although did not utilize them often. We had dinner the first night and we were the only people in the place. It was ok and the service was good. They were very pleasant and even brought our leftovers to our room for us. The bar on the top floor was great and had amazing views. Again, the staff were also very pleasant and attentive. Drink was great and the place was relaxing. I guess prior to me arriving there were over 30 guests from a tour group. Morning Breakfast was included and we took advantage of it every morning. This was very popular and they had a wide selection of food, fruit, juices and beverages. The staff would remember who I was and would ask if I would like another cafe sua da every morning. The breakfast was a great way to start the day. Both Western and Vietnamese food were available, with some items changing daily. Overall, the experience was great and I will definitely stay again when visiting. The only negative were the elevators. They have three elevators, and if you are needing one during a busy time, you could have a long wait. We experienced this one time when going to breakfast. As a note, there were many large tour groups staying at the same time we were, so they would utilize the elevators at the same time. Other minor touches: The front outside seating area is a nice space to enjoy. While out there one evening with my 2-year-old son, we were able to listen to the music across the street from a wedding. It was not obnoxious and was very enjoyable. I would also take my son for walks down the sidewalk across the street along the beach. He loved this and it was very convenient and enjoyable. I am terrible with remembering names and cannot think of everyone to recognize for being so wonderful and EVERYONE was great! Highly Recommend!
