I came here after seeing reviews while planning my trip. The staff were really friendly and if they needed anything, they would come right away to ask what I needed. If I asked for ice in the room, they would bring it to me. The pool was small, but we went around 6 and it was comfortable because we were the only ones there. They even gave us raincoats if it rained outside. They gave us raincoats because they thought our umbrellas would fly away if we used them. The breakfast menu changed every day and the bedrooms were really clean. The fridge is small and only keeps the temperature cold (about 9 degrees), so check in advance~! If I come back to Da Nang, this is a place I want to use again! Everyone was so friendly that I don't remember their full name, but the staff member named Sophia was especially friendly, and everyone else was really friendly too!
